Sparring is where your training comes to life. Whether you're new to sparring or looking to sharpen your game, our sessions are designed to help you develop timing, control, and ring awareness in a safe, coached environment.
We focus on smart movement, clean technique, and mutual respect, so you can build real fight skills without the ego or pressure.
Beginner-Friendly Coaching
You don’t need previous sparring experience. Our coaches guide you through everything - footwork, defense, timing, and how to read your opponent.
Controlled Rounds
This isn’t about going hard or getting hit. We keep it technical, respectful, and safe, with rounds matched by experience level.
Options for Every Goal
Whether you're sparring to improve your boxing, prep for competition, or just want a new challenge, we’ve got a place for you in the ring.
We offer dedicated sparring sessions every Monday night at 7pm for women to practice in a focused, supportive space. It’s a great way to gain confidence, build skill, and connect with other women who train.
Sparring is open to all members who’ve built a foundation through class and are ready to take their skills further.
Not sure if you’re ready? We offer a free Sparring Clinic on the first Tuesday of every month to help you get started the right way. Just ask a coach - we’ll help you know when it’s time and how to get started.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
