You’ll be participating in group boxing & fitness classes
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or someone training for a fight.
These classes are designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core elements of boxing, and fitness rounds help round out your strength.
Classes are 60 minutes long, include 5 minutes of warm up, and involve hitting the bags only - this is a non-contact class.
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workouts. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
