Emelia Dermott-Goodin is a 5-time Canadian National Boxing Champion, former Team Canada athlete, and certified boxing coach with over a decade of experience competing at the highest levels of amateur boxing. Throughout her career, she represented Canada internationally, trained alongside world-class athletes, and gained firsthand experience in the systems that develop elite performers.
In addition to her competitive background, Emelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Sport & Performance Psychology. Her unique combination of athletic achievement, coaching experience, and academic training allows her to help athletes improve not only their technique and physical performance, but also the confidence, discipline, and mindset required for long-term success.
After purchasing Anatomy Boxing & Fitness, Emelia set out to create more than just a boxing gym. Her vision is to build a high-performance training environment where athletes of all ages and skill levels can access the coaching, resources, and support needed to reach their full potential.
